See below Nicole’s full statement about her experience of higher study! “Since leaving the Young Curators Programme, I completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design at Hertford Regional College. I continued my studies with HRC, completing their Creative Enterprise Foundation Degree, validated by the University of Hertfordshire. This course is the first two years of university and having the opportunity to continue at a degree level, both locally and somewhere I was comfortable, was very valuable.
I’ve gained so much confidence and learnt so many new skills and techniques, learning from industry specialists, lots of work experience, employer engagement, live briefs etc, which I can utilise in my future career/s. It’s been the best two years of my life! My next step will be completing a top-up year to complete my BA Hons in Fine Art.”
